Privacy¶

Publisher: hhftechnology. Bharat Judgements is a local open-source SDK and MCP server. It does not operate a hosted court-data service and does not add telemetry.

Search text, names, case identifiers and filters are sent to the selected official court portal or public judgment archive. Those providers control their own logs and data handling. HTTP proxies configured on your computer may also observe traffic.

Downloaded PDFs and metadata are cached on your computer or mounted Docker volume. MCP session IDs are kept in memory, and temporary PDF resources expire after ten minutes. Explicit PDF exports remain until you remove them. Application errors and verbose SDK logs can contain query URLs or court data; review logs before sharing.

Optional ONNX model setup uses Hugging Face and can require a user-supplied token. The standard Docker MCP image uses bundled ddddocr assets and does not require that token. Docker pulls, plugin downloads and package installation contact their registries.
